Private Mediation

Mediation allows you and your partner the time you need to create the best solutions for your family.  Ideally, this is done before litigation has begun or after litigation has been put on hold.

A Georgia Supreme Court registered mediator, Attorney Patton will be a neutral facilitator, guiding you and your spouse through discussion of all of the issues.  If you'd like, we can employ neutral experts to help design co-parenting plans or to suggest ways to maximize the post-divorce financial situation for both of you.  Mediation sessions are available in person or by video conference on a schedule that works for you.

Legal Counsel and Advice

If you prefer, we can take a behind-the-scenes approach, making ourselves available to advise you as needed.  We'll help build a strategy, review your litigation and non-litigation options, plan for success, prepare required forms, draft pleadings, review settlement proposals, or just answer your questions.
